The total investment of the project is 15.1 billion yuan, mainly including more than 10 sets of main production units such as 10 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation, 3.5 million tons/year heavy oil catalytic cracking, 2.2 million tons/year continuous reforming, 2.2 million tons/year wax oil hydrocracking, as well as supporting projects such as public works, irrigation areas, wharves and wharf storage areas, special railway lines, etc.
