The project is located in the southern part of the Sahara Desert in Niger and consists of two major oil fields, GOUMER and SOKOR. It mainly includes one joint station (CPP), one transfer station (FPF), five metering stations (OGM) and their corresponding oil and gas pipelines. It is the first real oil industry in Niger, divided into Koulele & Dibeilla oil field group and FGD oil field group.
