Sinochem Quanzhou 12 million tons/year oil refining project is listed as one of the key projects completed and put into operation during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period by the national oil refining plan. It is designed to process 12 million tons of crude oil annually and mainly produces high-quality kerosene, gasoline, diesel and other products.
