Located in Caopu Town, Anning City, under the jurisdiction of Kunming City, Yunnan Province, with an investment of 19334.22 million yuan, the construction of the oil refining project includes 10 million tons/year crude oil processing equipment and supporting oil storage and transportation, public works and auxiliary facilities, with an annual output of 2.366 million tons of high-quality gasoline, 4.577 million tons of high-quality diesel, 567400 tons of kerosene, 198600 tons of polypropylene and 254300 tons of liquefied gas.
