The Huizhou Refining and Chemical Project will build 10 million tons/year refining and 1 million tons/year ethylene plants on the basis of the 12 million tons/year refining unit in the first phase of Huizhou Refining and Chemical. The project will build 31 new main process units, which can produce gasoline and aviation every year. 30 categories of high-quality petroleum and petrochemical products including fuel, diesel, benzene, liquefied gas, ethylene, and polypropylene.
