Check whether the parts are in good condition, whether the explosion-proof performance is affected, whether the wiring is correct (connected to the control power: AC220V), and whether the manual valve is open. Everything is normal before debugging.

Debugging Method Shutdown Debugging: After configuring the gas source, turn on the power supply. Fully open the intake valve, press the "start" button, open the intake solenoid valve, count down 30 minutes to start timing, enter the ventilation state. After 30 minutes of ventilation, when the pressure value exceeds 100Pa, the sensor detects the pressure value in the positive pressure cavity and displays it in the system window. The air intake solenoid valve is closed, and the air in the cabinet is supplemented through the solenoid valve bypass throttle valve to keep the pressure gauge between 200 and 300Pa, I .e. the whole cabinet enters the automatic operation state, and at the same time, power is sent to the "contactor" in the positive pressure cavity to make the main circuit work normally, I .e.

During the use of the explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet, when the pressure drops below 100Pa, the explosion-proof alarm lamp will give an alarm and enter the undervoltage alarm state. When the air intake fault is not eliminated and the pressure in the cabinet is lower than 50Pa, the automatic control system will cut off the main power supply of the positive pressure chamber. The system is always in an undervoltage alarm state (press the "mellow" key to release); This is a low voltage protection and electrical interlocking process. When the pressure of the positive pressure chamber exceeds 400Pa, the pressure limiting valve is opened. After a period of time, the pressure in the positive pressure chamber gradually decreases, so that the pressure in the box remains within the normal pressure range and the valve is closed.

Debugging precautions All parameters have been set when leaving the factory, and users are strictly prohibited from changing them without authorization. Users should pay attention to whether the instrument, automatic control line and sampling pipeline are unblocked during debugging.
