Huizhou Refining and Chemical Branch 22 million Tons/Year Refining Expansion and 1 million Tons/Year Ethylene ProjectThe framework agreement was signed with CNOOC Refining and Chemical Branch and Shenyang North Explosion-proof Co., Ltd. in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province on October 22, 2015.
Project Overview:
CNOOC Huizhou Refining Phase II 22 million tons/year refining renovation and expansion and 1 million tons/year ethylene project are the key petrochemical projects planned during the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period,The project is located in the petrochemical industrial zone of Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province,The project covers an area of 453 hectares,Total investment of 506.6Billion yuan, in the 1200 that has been completed and put into operationOn the basis of the first phase of the 10,000-ton/year oil refining project, 10 million tons/year oil refining and 1 million tons/year ethylene will be added, and related storage and transportation, public works, auxiliary production systems and off-plant projects will be built. It is currently the largest petrochemical project under construction in China. It is to add 10 million tons/year oil refining and 1 million tons/year ethylene project on the basis of the existing 12 million tons/year oil refining project.
