Relying on the 12 million-ton/year oil refining project that has been completed and put into operation, this project will build, renovate and expand 13 sets of oil refining and chemical plants, as well as supporting public works, storage and transportation facilities, covering an area of about 6541 mu. The oil refining scale will be expanded from 12 million tons/year to 15 million tons/year, and 11 sets of units such as 1 million tons/year ethylene cracking and related supporting storage and transportation, wharf and public works facilities will be built. The main products include gasoline, diesel and aviation oil products with national VI as the standard, and chemical products such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene oxide and ethylene glycol.
